HOW TO GET TO NORTH CYPRUS
There are several airlines that fly to North Cyprus from Turkey; Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, and Fly Kıbrıs Airlines. These airlines provide regular daily flights to Ercan-International Airport (airport code: ECN) in North Cyprus. There is a shuttle service (KIBHAS) that provides transportation 7 days a week from Ercan Airport to our campus and to other major cities.
It is also possible to fly to airports in southern Cyprus (Larnaca is the closest) and take a taxi to the north, crossing the Green Line near Nicosia. However, we do not recommend this option for non-EU citizens since the government of the south may hinder border crossings from time to time.
Sea travel is another option for reaching North Cyprus. Mersin, Tasucu (southern Turkey) and North Cyprus are linked daily by ferries and seabuses. You can view ferry and seabus schedules by clicking here.

VISA
The majority of nationalities do not require a visa or can obtain one upon arrival at border gates. Please check your status using this link, or contact the nearest North Cyprus Embassy or Consulate.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
Airport transfer to the BAU Cyprus student residence may be provided for those who arrive Ercan Airport on the evening of September 3. However, please note that the number of buses are limited and the priority will be given to the larger groups arriving at the same time. Those who arrive earlier and later can use KIBHAS, taxis or private transfer agencies.
